Position purpose:  The position is responsible for generating business and building growth strategy for Remote PTZ Cameras systems salesthroughsystem integrators &channelpartners pan India
Education:  B.E/B.Tech/MBA graduate with high technical bent of mind to understand technologies of Audio Visual, Cinema & Broadcasting
Experience:   8-10 years of relevant experience Channel & SI Management.  Proven experience of sellingproducts in Audio-Visual / Cinema / Broadcasting Equipment System Integrators & channel


 •    Have strong business acumen
•    Excellent communication, articulation and influencing skills
•    Ability to manage channel partners& System Integrators, relationship orientation

Job Duties

 •    Identification &setting up focused SI Partner & Channel Networkfor Pan India
•    Achieving and exceeding planned targets consistently through partners
•    Identify and appoint right channel partners and further develop them for achieving desired market share
•    Allotment of target to channel partners and reviewing performance of such partners
•    Facilitating resolution of issues related to distribution viz marketing support, clearance of backend, pricing and logistics related issues.
•    Impart Techno – commercial trainingto build knowledge and competencies in partners’ sales force on products and selling skills
•    Managing collections / DSO and dealer credit limits
•    Tracking of market situation and competitor activities
•    Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
