Job Description: |
|
Responsible for analysis of major line problems using QC tools and making action plan. |
|
Monitoring of PPM levels at different stages. |
|
On Line Inspection, Final Inspection, Non conformance recording , Root Cause Analysis, & Implementation of counter measures. |
|
Focus on Inprocess & product quality. |
|
Dealing with the customer related to concerns. Motivate & Guide the subordinates for the improvement. |
|
Oriented & commited to existing QA systems like ISO/TS documents and develops/work for system. |
|
Implementation of 6s activities on the shop floor. |
|
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework. |
|
Focus on the new product development. |
|
Should have knowledge of Kanban, JIT, Poka Yoke, QS-9000, TS 16949, TPM etc. |
|
Conduct different types of Audits like TS, Process, Product & 3G in different manufacturing locations. |
