A Plant Head who transforms operations. A Sales Leader who accelerates growth. A CHRO who builds a stronger culture. A CEO who redefines the direction of the business.
These are not ordinary hiring decisions—and they deserve far more than a conventional recruitment process.
That belief led me to establish Creative Indians over two decades ago.
Since then, I have had the privilege of partnering with founders, CEOs, CHROs and business leaders across Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Consumer, ITES, Media and other industries, helping them identify and hire leaders for business-critical roles.
Over the years, one lesson has remained constant:
The best leaders are rarely searching for jobs. They are busy creating value where they already are. Finding them requires insight, research, relationships and a thoughtful executive search process—not simply advertising a vacancy.
That philosophy continues to guide every assignment we undertake.
Before founding Creative Indians, I served as an officer in the Indian Army. The experience shaped my approach to leadership and instilled values that remain central to our firm today—integrity, discipline, accountability and an unwavering commitment to delivering on our promises.
At Creative Indians, we deliberately choose quality over quantity. We take on a limited number of search assignments so that every client receives senior-level attention, deep market research and a highly personalised search process from start to finish.
We don't measure our success by the number of résumés we send.
We measure it by the long-term success of the leaders our clients hire.
Today, our mission remains unchanged:
To help organisations build leadership teams that strengthen businesses, inspire people and create lasting impact.
