Our Process

Over the last 15 years our endeavor has been to create an internal process so effective that our consultants, Associates and partners are able to place top talent at will with our clients.
It has taken lot of team meetings, brain storming sessions and insights to create a process which works incredibly efficiently! We have succeeded but still need to do better and take our recruiting & head-hunting skills to greater heights.

 

We train our consultants rigorously and constantly – On the Job and in classrooms. The idea is to create ace recruiters who can take on challenges independently, think out of box and communicate with everybody from an Account Head to a CEO.
