Position: National Sales Manager- AVSI | Bangalore

Experience: 15-17 yrs
Role & Responsibilities: -
- Achieves AVSI sales operational objectives by contributing and growing the business. AVSI sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change, tracking competitors.
- Meets AVSI sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands AVSI Partners customer base by counselling sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
- Responsible for down the line team target management.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective customers
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume.
- Resolves problems with customers and internal team members.
- Develops annual sales strategic plan
- Develops individual quarterly revenue budget / account plans
- Demonstrates ability to handle objections by creative problem solving

- Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
- Experience in selling video conferencing, telecom products, and network or security products.
