National Sales Manager

Position:                  National Sales Manager- AVSI | Bangalore
Location:                 Bangalore
Experience:             15-17 yrs


Role & Responsibilities: -

  •     Achieves AVSI sales operational objectives by contributing and growing the business. AVSI sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change, tracking competitors.
  •     Meets AVSI sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  •     Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  •     Maintains and expands AVSI Partners customer base by counselling sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
  •     Responsible for down the line team target management.
  •     Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective customers
  •     Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume.
  •     Resolves problems with customers and internal team members.
  •     Develops annual sales strategic plan
  •     Develops individual quarterly revenue budget / account plans
  •     Demonstrates ability to handle objections by creative problem solving

  •     Graduate with minimum 15-17 years of relevant experience.
  •     Should have good leadership and good analytical skill.
  •     Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.
  •     Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
  •     Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
  •     Experience in selling video conferencing, telecom products, and network or security products.
