• Industry sector: He is advisor to ‘Integrity Matters’ (LLP), on business ethics and compliance as the go-to person for business entities which uphold the conviction that ethically operated businesses are competitively sustainable. (since 2016)
• Education sector: He completed an assignment with a reputed CBSE brand of schools in Ahmedabad, India. He facilitated the steer of the promoter in building & nurturing an ethical & compliant organisation. (2020-2023).

In co-creating a culture for values-based people centered organisations, Allan promotes the embedding of a strong attitude for Ethics and Compliance behaviours, processes, practices and measures as a 'competitive business differentiator'.

A Tata veteran and member of the core E & C team at Tata Sons Ltd. (2007-2015) Allan contributed to re-design, shape content and spur implementation impact for the Tata Code of Conduct.

As visiting faculty to the Tata Management Training Centre (2016 - 2019), he designed & delivered associated training interventions such as E&C masterclass programs, Investigation skills, Code of Conduct implementation, Respectful Workplaces, Gender Sensitization and *POSH. (*Prevention of Sexual Harassment)

Allan aids organisations’ in improving the effectiveness of governance mechanisms, complaint redressal capability, and adequate reporting for sustainability & IR domains.

He has designed and facilitated Ethics and Compliance (E & C) programs across industry sectors such as - Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, IT & ITes, Infrastructure, Financial services, Airlines, EdTech, Retail, Materials and Hospitality.

At Pune, he is associated with the MSME entrepreneur fraternity in leveraging business ethics & compliance culture to promote a more wholesome values driven interdependence between relevant stakeholder groups, thereby promoting team bonding & productivity in the business ecosystem.

• Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB): He is a core member of ICB, since 2012. [ICB promotes the mission that businesses can be competitive and successful by sustaining a values-based ethical priority in their operations].
• Business Ethics Institute of Malaysia (BEIM): Invitee member. Invited by BEIM at Kuala Lumpur in April 2019, he addressed an international seminar on Ethics & Compliance in business. He has moderated two earlier business ethics round tables (RTs) at Kuala Lumpur for BEIM in 2016 & 2017.
• Public Concern for Governance and Trust (PCGT), Pune: Invitee member.

Activities:

• Skill integration: He is an experienced business ethics & compliance professional, certified coach, business excellence assessor, accredited facilitator, a keen learner on ethical leadership, facilities management & project consultant.
• Speaker: In August 2019, he presented a talk on “Ethics & related issues” to a group of 100 probationers and staff at the Indian Railways Institute for Civil Engineers (IRICEN), Pune. IRICEN is the premier training institution for Indian Railways Engineers and Officers.
